If you ask to visit a masjid, we may ask for your general location, preferred visit time, and accessibility needs so we can help arrange your visit. Please share only what is needed for your request, and do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive records.

How we use information

We use information to answer your questions, provide requested resources, help coordinate a masjid visit or other support, maintain our communications, and protect our services from misuse. A question or visit request does not subscribe you to fundraising or promotional messages. We will ask for your permission before sharing your contact details with a masjid or community contact to arrange a visit.

Calls and text messages

Got questions or want to visit a masjid? Call toll-free 888-374-3390 or send us a text. Texting is voluntary. We use your number and message to respond to your request; message frequency depends on your conversation, and your carrier's message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop texting at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us by phone or email. You can also request help through those contact methods.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, text-messaging opt-in information, or consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that help deliver or support our communications may process this information only as needed to provide those services.

Website technology

This website does not use advertising trackers or first-party analytics, and it does not ask you to submit information through an online form. Our hosting and technical providers may process standard connection information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and access time, to deliver the website and maintain security.
